The Democratic candidates for State Representative in Indiana's 3rd's district are scheduled to debate, which will take place at the Gary Public Library and Cultural Center located at 220 West 5th Avenue, Gary, IN on April 11 at 6 p.m.
The debate is between Democratic candidates, Ragen Hatcher and Heather McCarthy.
